At LifeCellsSkin, your satisfaction is our top priority. All our health and dietary supplements are 100% authentic, high-quality, and carefully packaged. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent Return & Refund process as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product is completely unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The safety seal, outer wrap, and packaging are 100% intact.

  • All accessories, free gifts, or promotional labels are included.

  • The product is in the exact same condition as it was delivered.

  • Important: Opened, unsealed, or used supplement products cannot be returned due to strict health, hygiene, and consumer safety regulations.

2. Return Processing & Verification

  • Approved returns are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving the product back at our facility.

  • To help us process your request quickly, customers may be asked to provide unboxing photos or videos for verification.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item passes our quality and safety inspection:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued directly to your original payment method (Bank, Card, or Wallet).

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Products that do not meet our strict return conditions will be sent back to the customer without a refund.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item:

  • Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue or damage.

  • After quick verification, we will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund depending on product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and authenticity reasons, the following items are strictly not eligible for return:

  • Opened, unsealed, or partly consumed supplements/powders.

  • Trial, sample, or travel-sized products.

  • Clearance items or promotional sale products.

  • Customized orders or special gift packages.
